The projects listed on this page are those on which the Commission is seeking public comment. The Commission relies heavily on input from the public during the preliminary stages of its projects. Public participation allows the Commission to consider divergent viewpoints that improve the drafting process.
When the Commission determines that a project is ready for formal public comment, the Commission releases what is called a Tentative Report. Based on responses received, the Commission either releases a subsequent Tentative Report for additional public comment or submits its Final Report and Recommendations to the Legislature.
